I have set out my minimum standards which is my guarantee. |
I don’t
see the point of charging large fee’s for two man
deliveries and a white glove service,
when the goal of any company is to get the goods delivered quickly, efficiently
and above all in budget. |

Standard |
1. Deliver
your consignment within 7-14 days from arriving at our
Warehouse in Middlesbrough to
any destination in the UK (South West and Scotland 7-21
days)
2.
Give the customer an am or pm timeslot
at the time of making the booking.
3. Calling the customer 1hr in advance
to give a more precise time.
4. One Man Service to the kerbside of your
home – naturally staff are very helpful and will
assist wherever possible.
5. Clean vehicles and uniformed staff.
6. Clean, Dry and Secure storage facilities.
7. Helpful administration staff who will
answer your questions and queries quickly and efficiently.
Above all, if they are unable to give you an answer straight
away, they will call you back within one hour.
8. Fully Insured.
9. Full itemised VAT invoice for every
transaction.
10. Efficient unloading facility for your
distribution vehicles. |
