ltd is a family business with myself and my wife managing
the day to day aspects of the company. |

I want to understand the needs of my customers, you will
also see me out and about delivering in one of our Mercedes
Sprinters. This keeps me in touch at ground level,
so I can continually improve our service. |
| This part of
my job has proved essential in developing ifurn, for instance
it is only by talking to customers we came up with a new “After
Hours” service, which allows consignments to be delivered
between 6am – 9am and 6pm and 10pm – this service
will be available soon. |

| Lisa runs the administration
side of the company and will be your first point of contact – she
is also the one who answers queries and helps ensure our drivers
have the correct information to ensure a smooth delivery. Every
member of the ifurn team all have one goal in common - the desire
to get the job done quickly and efficiently. |
